Published by the French label Pathé in 1982 as a 7-inch single (catalogue number 2C 008 72466). Originally published as a 7-inch single by the Canadian label Les Disques Showbizz (catalogue numbers  C-334 & SHO-1007 appeared simultaneously on labels)  in 1981.

Debut-era international issue of the debut title. The absolute first commercial issue of Ce N’était Qu’un Rêve was released in Quebec on Les Disques Showbizz on 11 June 1981; the present French release represents the subsequent 1982 European issuance of the same debut song.

Physical Description

7-inch vinyl single on black vinyl. Housed in the original French picture sleeve featuring an early portrait of the teenage artist.

Condition Report

The picture sleeve remains in Near Mint condition, with a small sticker noted on the sleeve. The vinyl is Near Mint, retaining strong original gloss with no evident playwear. Labels appear clean and well preserved.
