Information For Requests
Research & Image Requests
We provide citation details, matrix/runout notes, and approved images for editorial use. Please include: artist, release, what you need, and deadline.
Loans & Exhibitions
Institutions may request short- or medium-term loans. Please include venue, dates, security/environmental specs, and insurance coverage.
Press & Talks
Interview and speaking requests are welcome. Share topic, outlet/event, and timing.
Donations & Potential Acquisitions
We consider gifts and purchases that meet Archive criteria (first press of artist’s first release, no represses, museum-quality condition). Send clear photos of labels, sleeves, and runouts, plus provenance.
What We Don’t Do
We do not offer public appraisals, authentications, or pricing for items outside loan/acquisition review.
Visits
The Archive is not a public gallery. Viewings are by appointment.
